Amy Jones
Amy Jones- Owner/trainer at Studio 151/J&J
Amy has been teaching fitness classes since she was 15 years old, thanks to Miki Pike for encouraging her back at the Racquetball Club (blast from the past!)
Fav Food: Anything Mexican!
Favorite thing to do outside of fitness: Watch her boys play sports, interior design and entertaining!
What she teaches: Cardio Strength, Pilates, Step, Barre, Tabata
Favorite Class: Anything Total Body

Jen Mailloux
My love for sports and fitness began at a very young age as a competitive gymnast for 12 years. After graduating with a B.S at University of New Hampshire, I became a
certified group fitness instructor and certified personal trainer. I have over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. I enjoy working with all types of clients. I am fully
committed to helping my clients achieve their goals whether they are looking for mobility, strength, sports specific success, or wanting to lead an active, pain free life.
Favorite Food: Soup of any kind
Favorite thing outside of fitness: cook, travel and hang with the family.
Certifications: B.S. in Biology; AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Movement Training Specialist, SCW Personal Training Certificate; Certified Fit Traxx Coach; TRX Suspension Training Certificate; P90X Certified, American Red Cross CPR Certified.

Gina McGuire
Gina has been teaching fitness since dinosaurs roamed the earth, or age 20, so 45 years. Do the math!
Gina teaches Barre/Stretch, Yoga, Strength, Cardiodance, and Dance Party.
Favorite Food: Cheese and anything Italian, dark chocolate also makes the cut
Fav Activities (other than fitness): Spending time with my family and my cat, dancing, the ocean, coffee with friends, watching the Boston Celtics, reading, convertible rides, and all things Italy!

Kristie Ennis
Kristie knew she would become a physical therapist after shattering her ankle as a teenager and being told she would never run again. Physical therapy changed her life. She’s completed 2 Ironman Races and has been a physical therapist for over 20 years

Favorite food: cake! Especially vanilla with white frosting
What she likes to do when not doing PT: anything in the warm sun! Especially swimming and walking/running on the beach, painting

Tami Horan
I have been with Laconia School District for 16 years and thanks to Amy Jones and her aggressively helpful persistence, I have been teaching group fitness at 151 for 9 years.

Fav food: this is hard for me, I’m an absolute foodie! I do love a good chicken stir fry but the food I can’t live without is hands down chocolate! ….and Whoopi pies and probably brownies and cakes …. I told you, hard for me

Fav things to do outside of fitness: spending time with my amazing grown children, searching the world for the prettiest beaches, running, and biking.

Emily Mulcahy
Emily combines her passion for fitness with years of experience in exercise science and wellness. With a degree in Exercise Science from Westfield State University and a master’s in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Tampa. Emily's Fitness roles include working as a physical therapy assistant, cardiac rehab specialist, Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning coach for sport teams.
Fav Food: Steak and veggies from the grill, especially with farmers market finds.
Favorite thing to do outside of fitness: Outside the studio, Emily loves being a realtor, baking, crocheting, and spending time with her dog, Georgia.
What she teaches as a fill in part-time coach: Tabata, Yoga Stretch, and Yogalates.

Tessa Lopez
I started teaching fitness when Amy recruited me 6 months after moving to NH, best decision ever My interest in health & wellness grew after 12 years of being a gymnast and continued into college where I graduated with a bachelors in Food & Nutrition.
Fav food: Anything cozy; oatmeal, soups, chili and anything chocolate
Favorite thing to do outside of fitness: Being outside whether that be exploring new places, camping, hiking, fishing, or taking photos (with my best friend/fiancé of course) I also adore spending time with my family and pets.

Jenn Maloney
Favorite food: steak and Hot Tamales
My favorite thing to do outside of fitness is to be outdoors enjoying the sun, no matter the season. I love activities like skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, and hiking, paddle boarding, or walking on the beach during the warmer months all with my little sidekick, Leo my black pug.
