Drop-ins are more than welcome at Studio 151, or feel free to sign-up. If life gets in the way, don't worry, there's no penalty for missing a class.


RENT OUR SPACE

The Studio is the perfect place to host your small event. From small meetings, reunions, private parties, wine tasting, product demonstrations, dances, and more, you may rent out our space on weekends only. Complete with two bathrooms, a coat room, a private room, the options are within your imagination.
At Studio 151, we offer brand-new white padded chairs, tables, and linens available for on-site rental—so you can skip the hassle of outside vendors, pickups, and returns. Some decorations are available to rent, event-specific, Everything is already here, making your event planning simple, seamless, and more affordable than traditional rental companies. Party insurance is required for all events.
Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, and private events in the Lakes Region.

In this interactive workshop, Dr. Kristie Ennis (Doctor of Physical Therapy, CSCS, and Nutritionist) will guide you through a simple total body movement and strength screen designed to help identify areas that may need more support as we age.
​
Together, we’ll look at:
• balance and stability
• lower body strength
• hip and shoulder mobility
• movement patterns
• flexibility and control
​
You’ll also learn:
what your results may mean
common movement limitations that develop with age simple exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function how to stay active and moving well long term
This workshop is designed for adults who want to:
• stay active
• maintain independence
• improve strength and mobility
• prevent future issues
• and better understand how their body is functioning

No fitness experience is required.
Participants will leave with practical tools, exercises, and a better understanding of what their body may need to move and feel its best.

Celebrate the light of the summer solstice with a vibrant, mindful flow designed to energize, expand, and reconnect you to your inner radiance. Blending vinyasa, Energy Medicine Yoga, breathwork, and a 5-element-inspired flow, this practice supports balance, vitality, transformation, and renewal.

Grounding and uplifting sequences are paired with sound elements including tuning forks, singing bowls, and other instruments, with optional hands-on energy healing offered throughout class and during Savasana.
