We are committed to our people just as much as we are committed to moving our bodies. Exercise should be accessible, fun, and empower you towards healthy habits. Drop-ins are more than welcome at Studio 151, or feel free to sign-up. If life gets in the way, don't worry, there's no penalty for missing a class.

Studio 151 Fitness has knowledgable instructors and varied classes for all levels. It is a great place to exercise. The instructors care about their clients, modify exercises and has a comfortable atmosphere. Amy is an excellent instructor! She is the best and I love her classes.
